In this workshop each person will make a fully lined or reversible jumper for a child up to
age 4. We will demonstrate different embellishing techniques throughout the workshop. When you sign up for the class you can pick out your fabric choice. You must show up to the workshop with your fabric pre-washed and ironed.
All private lessons are also available at group cost if you have at least 3 people who would like to take the class. |

In this workshop I will demonstrate different ways to freshen up a dining room chair with fabric. Different embellishments will be covered: Continuous bias cording, ruffles, buttons...etc.
Bring photos of your chair so we can brainstorm fun ideas.

$125.00 if you bring your own fabric.
In this workshop we will work on sewing a skirt with darts and a waistband. Different seam finishing and embellishing techniques will be demonstrated. When you sign up you will be able to choose from any of our cotton prints or solids. You must show up to the workshop with your fabric pre-washed and ironed.

Kids Learn to Sew Crash Course- purse |

Age 10 and up.
During this 2 hour class students will make a purse while learning the parts to the sewing machine, how to thread and wind the bobbin, how to straight stitch and how to zigzag stitch.
Great idea for small birthday parties or mother daughter classes.

Kids Fashion Design Workshop |

Dates: Five 2 hour classes
Cost: $250 includes all materials
Age: 12 and up
Must have previously taken a learn to sew class or beginner sewing class. During this workshop the student will learn the process of designing on paper a collection of clothing including a skirt, tank dress, capri pant and short. After designing each student will sew one of the items listed above along with a matching accessory. This is a great workshop for any child interested in fashion design or loves Project Runway!
